Description

Organic yellow chard

Organic yellow chard seeds, botanical name Beta vulgaris conditiva, produce sprouts that are highly prized for their unique color, with green leaves and a bright yellow stem, and for their sweet flavor with an earthy aftertaste, also typical of the adult vegetable.

How can I grow it?

Producing organic yellow chard sprouts is quick and easy, even at home.
Organic yellow chard seeds, like other varieties of this family, require a stable temperature and little ventilation to grow optimally. We recommend soaking them in hot water for about six hours. Afterward, you can continue to rinse and drain them regularly, at least twice a day, and in less than a week you'll be enjoying your organic yellow chard sprouts.

How can I eat it?

With their sweet, earthy flavor, yellow chard sprouts are excellent eaten raw: we suggest trying them as a base or garnish in your salads, or as a colorful and nutritious addition to your sandwiches and side dishes.

Organic yellow chard seeds may contain traces of soy, mustard, wheat, gluten, and grasses.
Store the seeds in a cool, ventilated place, with a temperature between 8° and 20° C, protected from atmospheric agents, changes in humidity and sunlight.
