Organic Chervil
Organic chervil seeds, botanically known as Anthriscus cerefolium, are small and very fine. In about two weeks, however, they develop into beautiful microgreens with curly leaves and a fresh, aromatic flavor, similar to parsley, a distant cousin. You can harvest and enjoy the first microgreens, or wait a few more days for the fully developed leaves.
How can I grow it?
Growing organic chervil microgreens is quick and easy, even at home.
To help them grow best, we recommend planting the seeds in soil and keeping them in the dark for 3-4 days, until they have completed the germination process.
Organic chervil sprouts will emerge in just 4-5 days. To ensure the best possible color and flavor, we recommend placing them in light until they're ready to harvest. After waiting 12-14 days, you can cut them and fully enjoy the freshness of your organic microgreens.
How can I eat it?
Organic chervil microgreens are the perfect fresh and natural seasoning for enhancing fish and meat dishes. We recommend using them instead of parsley to give your recipes a unique yet equally tasty garnish.
Organic Chervil seeds may contain traces of soy, mustard, wheat, gluten, and grasses.
Store the seeds in a cool, ventilated place, with a temperature between 8° and 20° C, protected from atmospheric agents, changes in humidity and sunlight.
