Organic Fenugreek
Organic fenugreek seeds, botanically known as Trigonella foenum graecum, are a perfect starter for those growing sprouts and microgreens for the first time. This variety is highly prized for its leafy leaves, characterized not only by a crunchy texture and a slightly bitter flavor, but also by their high content of vitamin C and minerals, such as iron and calcium.
How can I grow it?
Producing organic fenugreek sprouts is quick and easy, even at home.
To stimulate germination and ensure it is as uniform as possible, we recommend soaking the fenugreek seeds in water for 6-8 hours. After this time, drain them well and place them in a container, away from direct light. Rinse and drain the water well 2-3 times a day, and in just 3 days, you'll have delicious, fresh fenugreek sprouts.
How can I eat it?
Organic fenugreek sprouts and microgreens have a crunchy texture and a bitter taste, reminiscent of celery. They add a tasty and healthy exotic touch to salads, sandwiches, soups, and smoothies.
Organic fenugreek seeds may contain traces of soy, mustard, wheat, gluten, and grasses.
Store the seeds in a cool, ventilated place, with a temperature between 8° and 20° C, protected from atmospheric agents, changes in humidity and sunlight.
