Description

Organic Lupine

Lupine seeds, botanically known as Lupinus albus, develop distinctive leaves: thick, crunchy stems, two juicy cotyledons, and broad, star-shaped, bright green leaves. Grown in just a few days, they are also a rich source of plant-based protein.

How can I grow it?

Growing lupine microgreens is quick and easy, even at home.
First, soak your seeds for 6-8 hours. Then, drain them and sow them in your preferred substrate (potting soil is ideal). Place them in the dark and mist them with water, taking care not to let the water stand, until they sprout after 4-6 days. Then, move them to the light and continue watering; after a total of 10-14 days, your organic lupin microgreens will be ready to harvest and enjoy.

How can I eat it?

Lupine microgreens are characterized by their star-shaped leaves and delicate, nutty flavor. They're an excellent ingredient for salads, sandwiches, main courses, and side dishes, or a perfect edible garnish for your recipes, from appetizers to desserts.

Organic lupine seeds may contain traces of soy, mustard, wheat, gluten, and grasses.
Store the seeds in a cool, ventilated place, with a temperature between 8° and 20° C, protected from atmospheric agents, changes in humidity and sunlight.
