Organic Anise hyssop seeds, or Anise Mint, botanical name Agastache foeniculum, belong to the aromatic category and need a little more attention to grow than other varieties.
Organic Anise hyssop microgreens are characterised by a fresh and intense liquorice aroma with a minty aftertaste, which makes this product unique in its fragrance and taste.

How can I grow it?
Producing organic Anise hyssop sprouts requires care and patience, both at home and in the garden.
Organic Anise hyssop seeds do not need to be soaked before sowing. However, before starting cultivation, we recommend that you put the seeds in the refrigerator for three to four days.
Anise hyssop prefers to be grown in soil and we recommend covering your tray so that the seeds are protected from light, watering them at least twice a day.
After 10 to 12 days, light your tray with the first sprouts of organic Anise hyssop. To be harvested, these beautiful microgreens will need 20/25 days.
