Description
Organic Nasturtium Empress of India
The organic seeds of Nasturtium Empress, botanical name Tropaeolum nanum, require a little patience and care to grow to their full potential, but the result will be incredible. These microgreens have vigorous stems and juicy, rounded leaves and a dark colour with purple veins.
How can I grow it?
Producing organic Nasturtium Empress microgreens requires a little patience and care. Soak the seeds for about 6 hours in warm water to help them germinate evenly. Next, place them on your substrate (a well-draining soil is ideal) and water moderately. Leave them covered and in the dark until they have fully sprouted, after about 5/8 days. Now move them under a light source and, while continuing to water them from the bottom, wait for them to complete their growth. After a couple of weeks, they will be ready to be harvested and enjoyed.
How can I eat it?
Organic Nasturtium Empress microgreens have an intense flavour, pleasantly pungent and peppery, and a delicate, refined shape. That is why they are perfect raw, to enhance the taste and appearance of any recipe, from starter to dessert.
Organic Nasturtium seeds may contain traces of soy, mustard, wheat, gluten and grasses.
Store seeds in a cool, ventilated place, with temperature between 8° and 20° C, away from weather, changes in humidity and sunlight.
