Green Pea, botanical name Pisum sativum, is a popular variety of legume for people who produce sprouts and microgreens.

How can I grow it?
Producing organic Green Pea sprouts is quick and easy, even at home.
We recommend soaking the seed for 6-8 hours in cold water.
After that, place the seeds in a tray with potting soil, to optimize growth, keep it covered for 3-4 days, this step is essential to allow the seed to sprout as evenly as possible, avoiding direct sunlight and promoting proper moisture inside your pot.
After 4-5 days, you can harvest the first sprouts and store the tray in sunlight.
Always keep an eye on your organic Green Pea sprouts and taste them often to make sure you harvest it at the time when it has reached its peak flavor.
To have a good microgreens of Organic Pea, we recommend waiting for 10 to 12 days while watering your sprouts daily.

How can I eat it?
