Description

Organic Wheat

Organic Wheat Microgreens, botanical name Triticum aestivum, are also known as ‘wheat grass’, because they appear as long, tapered, grass-like stalks. They are good not only for the palate, thanks to their fibrous texture and delicate flavour, but also for the body, thanks to all the nutrients they are rich in.

How can I grow it?

Producing organic Wheat microgreens is quick and easy, even at home.
First of all, we suggest you soak the seed for 10/12 hours in cold water. After that, place the seeds in a tray and keep them covered for 4/6 days; this step is essential to encourage proper moisture inside your container, making the seeds germinate as evenly as possible.
After 4/6 days, you can place the first sprouts in the sunlight. To get very good organic Wheat microgreens, we advise you to wait a total of 10/12 days, watering them daily.

How can I eat it?

Organic Wheat microgreens are great to eat raw. To best absorb all the nutrients, try them as an addition to your salads or as an ingredient in juices and smoothies.

Organic Wheat seeds may contain traces of soy, mustard, gluten and grasses.

Store seeds in a cool, ventilated place, with temperature between 8° and 20° C, away from weather, changes in humidity and direct sunlight.
