Description
Organic Broccoli Calabrese
The seeds of Broccoli Calabrese Don Vito, botanical name Brassica oleracea botrytis cymosa (var. italica), produce small seedlings characterised by a thin white stem and small green leaves. They have a delicate flavour, typical of cabbage, and are rich in nutrients: good for the palate and the body, they will be the ingredient you can no longer do without.
How can I grow it?
Producing organic Calabrese broccoli sprouts is quick and easy, even at home.
To grow your organic Calabrese broccoli seeds properly, we recommend growing them in the dark for the first 3/4 days after sowing, until they have completed the sprouting process. Then, place them in the Sun light until they are ready to be harvested. Always water them at least a couple of times a day and, in just 8 to 10 days, you will be able to enjoy them in the way you prefer.
