Organic red Cabbage, as well as the other species of the same family, is one of the most common and appreciated varieties in the world of microgreens, even by those who have just started in this field, and it is easy to understand why: it is simple to grow, has a crunchy and delicate taste of fresh cabbage and is a concentrate of well-being for our body.

Description

Organic red Cabbage
Organic red Cabbage seeds, botanical name Brassica oleracea capitata rubra, grow in just a few days and require no special care. Thus, almost without realising it, you will obtain beautiful and tasty seedlings that will enhance the colour and flavour of your dishes: with purple stems and green leaflets, they are rich in vitamins and antioxidants, and have a delicate taste reminiscent of the adult vegetable.

How can I grow it?
Producing organic red Cabbage sprouts is quick and easy, even at home.
To ensure the best growth of your organic red Cabbage sprouts and microgreens, we suggest keeping them in the dark for the first 3/4 days after sowing, until they have completed the sprouting process. Once they are finished, you can move your seedlings into sunlight so that they develop their characteristic colour and flavour to the fullest. By continuing to water them little and often, you can harvest them after a total of 8/10 days.

How can I eat it?
Organic red Cabbage sprouts and microgreens, with their high vitamin content and vibrant colour, are excellent for decorating any dish. Thanks to their delicate, fresh cabbage-like flavour and crunchy texture, they are ideal as a base or addition to your salads and sandwiches.

Organic red Cabbage seeds may contain traces of soy, mustard, wheat, gluten, and grasses.
Store the seeds in a cool, ventilated place, between 8° and 20° C, away from weather, changes in humidity and sunlight.
