Description

Organic yellow Carrot

The Organic Yellow Carrot seeds, botanical name Daucus carota, take a few days longer to develop than other varieties. The result, however, will be worth the wait: the carrot sprouts and microgreens are delicate in flavour and texture. They will enrich your dishes without overwhelming the taste of the other ingredients, instead making them tastier and healthier.

How can I grow it?

Producing organic yellow Carrot sprouts is quick and easy, even at home.
To grow organic yellow Carrot sprouts properly, we recommend keeping them in the dark until the seed has completed the sprouting process, usually 6/7 days after sowing.
Afterwards, you can place your tray under a light source.
To harvest the organic yellow Carrot microgreens and enjoy their sweet, fresh flavour, you should wait about 16/18 days.

How can I eat it?

Organic yellow Carrot sprouts and microgreens, with their delicate flavour and the thick bush created by the leaves, are perfect for any vegetable side dish or salad. Otherwise, you only need a few handfuls to add flavour to smoothies and meat or fish dishes.

Organic yellow Carrot seeds may contain traces of soy, mustard, wheat, gluten and grasses.
Store seeds in a cool, ventilated place, with temperature between 8° and 20° C, away from weather, changes in humidity and sunlight.
