Organic Celery sprouts have a fresh and intense flavour, so they are perfect for your salads.
Non-GMO celery seeds are delicate and their cultivation requires extra care, but with the right care the result will be excellent, both to look at and to eat.

Description

Organic Celery
Organic celery sprouts, botanical name Apium graveolens, are characterised by their intense flavour, stronger than that of the adult vegetable. They are rich in fibre and mineral salts and therefore excellent for a healthy diet.
Their cultivation requires time and attention, so we recommend them if you already have an excellent green thumb or would like to try your hand at a new botanical and culinary challenge.

How can I grow it?
Growing organic Celery sprouts requires care and patience.
The seeds do not need to be soaked, so you can plant them in soil and keep them in the dark, watering twice a day, for a couple of weeks.
After 12/15 days, the seed will start to blossom: at this point, you can place your sprouts in sunlight (or under an artificial warm light) and water them for another 10/12 days.
After 24/28 days, the celery sprouts will be ready to be harvested. Remember to cut close to the root to preserve their typical strong flavour.

How can I eat it?
Organic Celery sprouts and micro-vegetables are perfect to use in cold, healthy dishes such as salads. Even a small amount is enough to complement them with a touch of colour and a unique, strong flavour.

Organic celery seeds may contain traces of soya, mustard, wheat, gluten and grasses.
Store the seeds in a cool, ventilated place, at a temperature between 8° and 20° C, away from weather, changes in humidity and sunlight.
