Description

Organic red Kohlrabi
Organic seeds of red Kohlrabi, botanical name Brassica oleracea acephala gondylodes, quickly develop microgreens with purple stems and small green leaves that taste like fresh cabbage. Not only vibrant in colour and flavour, but also rich in fibre and minerals, this variety is the original and nutritious new twist on your dishes.

How can I grow it?
Producing organic red Kohlrabi sprouts is quick and easy, even at home.
To ensure the best growth of your organic red Kohlrabi sprouts and microgreens, we recommend keeping them in the dark for the first 4/5 days after sowing, until they have completed the sprouting process. Once this is done, you can move your seedlings into sunlight so that they develop their characteristic colour to the fullest. By continuing to water them little and often, you can harvest them after a total of 8/10 days.

How can I eat it?
Organic red Kohlrabi sprouts and microgreens are an excellent garnish for any of your dishes: thanks to their subtle taste of fresh cabbage and the violet colour of the stem, they are a treat for the eyes and palate.

Organic red Kohlrabi seeds may contain traces of soy, mustard, wheat, gluten, and graminaceous plants.
Store the seeds in a cool, ventilated place, between 8° and 20° C, away from weather, changes in humidity and sunlight.
