How can I grow it?
Producing organic Lettuce microgreens is quick and easy, even at home.
Pre-soaking is not necessary, so you can start sowing in the soil right away. Leave the seeds in the dark and water them a couple of times a day for the first 3/5 days, until germination is completed. Once grown, you can place the shoots in the light. If the first leaves have a yellowish tinge, don’t worry, the sun will take care of greening them. Continuing to moisten them regularly, in about 10 days you will get delicious organic lettuce microgreens.
We suggest you do a little test, tasting the leaves in the last days of cultivation, so you can harvest them when they reach the crunchiness and flavor perfect for you.
