Description

Organic Red Giant Mustard

Organic red Giant Mustard seeds, botanical name Brassica juncea, belong to the Brassicaceae family and are the perfect choice for those who want to grow a simple and tasty variety in just a few days.

How can I grow it?

Growing red Giant Mustard microgreens is quick and easy, even at home.
This variety doesn’t require any pre-soaking, so sprinkle your substrate with seeds, water them and leave them in the dark until they have sprouted after 3/4 days. After that, move them into the light and continue to water regularly and moderately, without creating water stagnation.
To harvest your organic red Mustard microgreens, you only need to wait 10/12 days.

How can I eat it?

Thanks to the strong, spicy taste of its leaves, red mustard is very versatile in cooking. Our suggestion is to use it raw, as an addition to sandwiches and salads or a garnish to soups and main courses, for a touch of flavour, colour and nutrition.

Organic red Mustard seeds may contain traces of soy, wheat, gluten and grasses.

Store the seeds in a cool and ventilated place, with temperature between 8° and 20° C, away from weather, humidity changes and sunlight.
