Description

Organic red Pak Choi

The organic red Pak Choi, botanical name Brassica rapa chinensis, is an Asian variant of our traditional cabbage. Like the other Brassicaceae, the organic red Pak Choi grows quickly and has a green stem and purple-red tinged leaves.

How can I grow it?

Producing organic red Pak Choi sprouts and microgreens is quick and easy, even at home.
After planting the seeds, we recommend leaving them in the dark for the first 3/4 days, watering them sparsely and often. Then you can move them into the light and in only 4/5 days you will already have perfect organic red Pak Choi sprouts ready to be enjoyed.
If you prefer to harvest the microgreens, with their crunchy reddish leaves, you only need to wait 10/12 days.

How can I eat it?

Organic red Pak Choi sprouts and microgreens are rich in vitamins A and C, protein and minerals. Thanks to their delicate flavour with a slight bitter aroma, they are excellent for wholesome and different salads and side dishes.

Organic red Pak Choi seeds may contain traces of soy, mustard, wheat, gluten and grasses.

Store the seeds in a cool and ventilated place, with temperature between 8° and 20° C, away from weather, changes in humidity and sunlight.
