Producing organic white Pak Choi sprouts and microgreens is quick and easy, even at home.
To properly grow organic white Pak Choi sprouts, we recommend that you keep them in the dark for the first 3 to 4 days while the seeds complete germination.
After just 4 to 5 days, you will already be able to enjoy the fresh and delicate flavor of organic white Pak Choi sprouts.
