Description
Organic Black Radish
Organic black Radish seeds, botanical name Raphanus sativus var. niger, are the perfect choice for those who want to try their hand at cultivating microgreens. They grow quite fast, requiring no special care, and ultimate success is guaranteed: its small leaves are not only a concentrate of vitamins, especially B and C, and minerals, but also give off a strong, bitter and spicy flavour.
How can I grow it?
Producing organic black Radish microgreens is quick and easy, even at home.
There is no need to soak the seeds in water, so you can plant them immediately. Cover and leave them in the dark, watering them a couple of times a day, until the first shoots have sprouted.
After 3/5 days, you can uncover them and let them continue growing in the light. Your organic black Radish microgreens will be ready to harvest and enjoy after 7/10 days.
How can I eat it?
Organic black Radish microgreens are characterised by their bitter and earthy taste and a higher spiciness than all other radishes. We therefore recommend using them raw to add a pungent note to your favourite dishes: salads, sandwiches, soups and main courses.
Organic black Radish seeds may contain traces of soy, mustard, wheat, gluten and grasses.
Store the seeds in a cool and ventilated place, with a temperature between 8 ° and 20 ° C away from atmospheric agents, changes in humidity and sunlight.
