Description

Organic Rapeseed
Organic Rapeseed, botanically named Brassica napus, belongs to the Brassicaceae family. Therefore, just like all varieties that are part of this group, rapeseed grows very quickly and requires no special care. Its leaves have a delicate flavour, similar to cabbage, but with the addition of a spicy and slightly tangy note, which makes them unique in cook

How can I grow it?
Producing organic Rapeseed sprouts is quick and easy, even at home.
To ensure the best growth of your organic rapeseed sprouts and microgreens, we recommend keeping them in the dark for the first 3/4 days after sowing until they have completed the sprouting process. Once they are finished, you can move your seedlings into sunlight so that they can best develop their characteristic colour and flavour. By continuing to water them sparsely and often, you can harvest them after a total of 8/10 days.

How can I eat it?
Organic rapeseed sprouts and microgreens are characterised by a flavour that is both mild and spicy, with a slight aftertaste of fresh cabbage. Therefore, they are the perfect addition – tasty and vitamin-rich – to any dish, whether raw or cooked.

Organic Rapeseed may contain traces of soy, mustard, wheat, gluten and grasses.
Store the seeds in a cool, ventilated place, between 8° and 20° C, away from weather, changes in humidity and sunlight.
