How can I grow it?
Producing organic Spinach microgreens is quick and easy, even at home.
Organic Spinach sprouts grow in as little as 4 to 5 days during which time we recommend storing your tray in the dark.
Once sprouted, you can place your Organic Spinach under a light source and by watering it twice a day you can harvest your excellent and tasty microgreens in as little as 8/10 days.

How can I eat it?
Organic Spinach microgreens with their mild taste and light bitter note are perfect for any of your dishes.

Organic Spinach seeds may contain traces of, soy, mustard, wheat, gluten and grasses.
Store the seeds in a cool and ventilated place, with temperature between 8° and 20° C, away from weather, changes in humidity and sunlight.
