Description

Organic Alaska Green Nasturtium

Organic green alaska nasturtium seeds, botanically known as Tropaeolum nanum, require a little patience and care to grow optimally, but the results are incredible. These microgreens feature vigorous stems and juicy, rounded leaves with a bright green color.

How can I grow it?

Growing organic green alaska nasturtium microgreens requires patience and care. Soak the seeds in warm water for about 6 hours to help them germinate evenly. Then, place them in your soil (well-draining soil is ideal) and water sparingly. Leave them covered and in the dark until they have fully sprouted, after about 5-8 days. Now move them to a light source and, continuing to water them from below, wait for them to finish growing. After a couple of weeks, they will be ready to harvest and enjoy.

How can I eat it?

Green alaska nasturtium microgreens have an intense, pleasantly pungent and peppery flavor, and a delicate, refined shape. This makes them perfect raw, enhancing the taste and appearance of any recipe, from appetizers to desserts.

Organic nasturtium seeds may contain traces of soy, mustard, wheat, gluten, and grasses.
Store the seeds in a cool, well-ventilated place, with a temperature between 8° and 20° C, away from atmospheric agents, changes in humidity and sunlight.
