Agastache Foeniculum is an erect and robust perennial herb that grows to a height of 70-100 cm. It is characterised by lance-shaped, serrated leaves and iconic violet, spike-shaped flowers. The whole plant releases an intense fragrance and fresh anise flavour, making it perfect not only for decorating flower beds and bouquets, but also for flavouring and garnishing dishes and drinks.
