Organic Green Affila Pea
Organic Green Peas, botanically known as Pisum sativum, are characterized by their long stems, adorned with numerous tendrils. Thanks to their crunchy and juicy texture, bright green color, and sweet, delicate flavor, they are extremely versatile in the kitchen.
How can I grow it?
Producing organic Green Affila Pea microgreens is quick and easy, even at home.
The first step involves soaking the seeds in water for 6-8 hours. Then, drain them and place them in a container with soil, leaving them covered and in the dark for the first 3-4 days. This step is important for the seeds to germinate as evenly as possible: avoid exposing the seeds to direct light and maintain constant humidity.
Once they begin to sprout, move them into the light and continue watering until their characteristic tendril-like stems develop, which takes about 10 days in total.
How can I eat it?
Organic Green Affila Pea microgreens are the perfect addition to any dish for a fresh, crunchy touch: ideal in salads, smoothies, sandwiches, soups, and even fried dishes. Once you try them, you'll never be able to do without them!
Organic pea seeds may contain traces of soy, mustard, wheat, gluten and grasses.
Store the seeds in a cool, ventilated place, with a temperature between 8° and 20° C, protected from atmospheric agents, changes in humidity and direct sunlight.
