Description

Organic Daikon Radish

Organic Daikon Radish seeds, botanical name Raphanus sativus, are the perfect choice for those who want to try their hand at growing microgreens. They grow rapidly, require little care, and are guaranteed to be a success: their small leaves are not only packed with vitamins, especially B and C, and minerals, but also release a bold, pleasantly spicy flavor.

How can I grow it?

Growing organic Daikon Radish microgreens is quick and easy, even at home.
These seeds don't need to be soaked, so sow them in a substrate of your choice and mist them with water little by little. At this stage, the seeds may develop a white fuzz around them: this isn't mold, but rather microroots. Store them in the dark until they sprout. Once the sprouts appear, move them to the light and continue watering regularly until the microgreens have grown, which takes about 7-10 days.

How can I eat it?

Organic Daikon Radish microgreens are distinguished by their juicy, crunchy texture, bright green stems and leaves, and a spicy flavor. Fresh and flavorful, they're ideal for adding color and flavor to any dish, from sandwiches to salads, from appetizers to main courses.

Organic Radish seeds may contain traces of soy, mustard, wheat, gluten, and grasses.

Store the seeds in a cool, ventilated place, with a temperature between 8° and 20° C, protected from atmospheric agents, changes in humidity and sunlight.
