In short, beautiful to look at and good to eat!

Description

Organic pink Beet
The seeds of organic pink Beet, botanically known as Beta vulgaris conditiva, produce sprouts that are highly valued both for their unique colouring, with green leaves and a bright pink stem, and for their sweet taste with an earthy aftertaste, also typical of the adult vegetable.

How can I grow it?
Producing organic pink Beet sprouts is quick and easy, even at home.

Like the other varieties in this family, Beet seeds need a room with a stable temperature and little ventilation in order to grow best. We recommend soaking them for about 6 hours in warm water. After that, you can continue to rinse and drain them regularly, at least a couple of times a day, and in less than a week you will be able to enjoy your organic pink Beet sprouts.

How can I eat them?

With their sweet and earthy flavour, pink beet sprouts are excellent eaten raw. We suggest you to try them as a base or garnish in your salads, or as a colourful and nutritious addition to your sandwiches and side dishes.
