Chervil is an aromatic plant native to the Caucasus, which is also widely used today in Western cooking. From its seeds, in fact, grow microgreens with a fresh and sophisticated flavour – reminiscent of parsley and aniseed – perfect for bringing goodness and beauty to any dish.

Description

Organic Chervil
The organic seeds of Chervil, botanical name Anthriscus cerefolium, are small and very thin. In about two weeks, however, they produce beautiful microgreens with a curly leaf and a fresh, aromatic taste, similar to that of parsley as they are distant cousins. You can harvest and enjoy the first microgreens, or wait a few more days for the fully developed leaf.

How can I grow it?
Producing organic Chervil microgreens is quick and easy, even at home.
To grow them best, we recommend planting the seeds in soil and keeping them in the dark for 3/4 days until they have completed the germination process.
Organic chervil sprouts will emerge in just 4/5 days. To ensure the best possible colour and flavour, we recommend placing them in the light until they are ready for harvesting. After waiting 12/14 days, you can cut and fully enjoy the freshness of your organic microgreens.

How can I eat it?
Organic Chervil microgreens are the perfect fresh and natural seasoning to enhance fish and meat dishes. We recommend substituting it for parsley to give your recipes a different, but still tasty, garnish.

Organic Chervil seeds may contain traces of soy, mustard, wheat, gluten and grasses.
Store seeds in a cool, ventilated place, with temperature between 8° and 20° C, away from weather, changes in humidity and sunlight.
