Description

Organic White Pak Choi

Organic Pak Choi, botanically known as Brassica rapa chinensis, is an Asian variant of our traditional cabbage. Like other brassicas, organic white Pak Choi grows rapidly and has a white stem and bright green leaves.

How can I grow it?

Growing organic white pak choi sprouts and microgreens is quick and easy, even at home.
After planting the seeds, we recommend leaving them in the dark for the first 3-4 days, watering them little and often. Then you can move them into the light, and in just 4-5 days you'll have perfect organic white Pak Choi sprouts ready to enjoy.
If you prefer to harvest the microgreens, you just need to wait 10/12 days.

How can I eat it?

Organic white pak choi sprouts and microgreens are rich in vitamins A and C, protein, and minerals. Thanks to their delicate flavor and slightly bitter aroma, they are excellent for salads and side dishes that are authentic and unique.

Organic White Pak Choi seeds may contain traces of soy, mustard, wheat, gluten, and grasses.
Store the seeds in a cool, ventilated place, with a temperature between 8° and 20° C, protected from atmospheric agents, changes in humidity and sunlight.
